Terms of use

1.1Teebots is a desktop application that runs on your computer and is used to have bots divide and carry out tasks.

1.2The build currently offered is a free version for macOS on Apple silicon. Versions for Windows and Linux are not currently offered.

1.3The website describes the product and publishes these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2.1You supply your own model API key. Fees, availability, and rules of use are determined by the relevant provider and are a matter between you and that provider.

2.2We do not charge you a fee for model use through the application. The application does not currently offer an official-model sign-in.

2.3The application does not currently offer an official plugin that retrieves third-party data through us, and we do not charge points for that. If we introduce one, we will update these Terms before it becomes available and state how it is charged. You will still be able to use your own API key without an account.

3.1Bots may divide work in a group, store memory, and run daily, on weekdays, or weekly. If a scheduled run is missed, only the most recent one is made up.

3.2If the menu-bar icon is enabled, closing the window does not quit the application.

3.3Each bot may have its own browser. Submitting a form, making a payment, and entering a password wait for your confirmation.

3.4A bot may read and write files in its workspace and may run commands. Commands are not executed in a fully isolated environment.

3.5You are responsible for the matters you assign to a bot, including the websites it opens, the files it changes, and the commands it runs.

4.1You may use the Services only for work and materials that you have the right to use.

4.2You may not use the Services to interfere with another person's service, obtain another person's account, access a system without authorization, or do anything prohibited by the law that applies to you.

4.3Your use of a model provider, a website, or a connected tool remains subject to that third party's terms.

5.1Your conversations, files, and memory remain yours. Use of the Services does not transfer ownership of them to us.

5.2Rights in the application, the name Teebots, and the cube logo belong to us. You may not repackage the application and offer it as your own product.

5.3We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the application on computers that you own or control, for your own use.

6.1Model output may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You should check it yourself before relying on it.

7.1The Services are provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7.2To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

7.3An installed copy that is able to update itself may download a newer build from our release host. A development build does not update itself.

8.1To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of work, arising out of the Services or out of actions a bot takes according to your settings.

8.2These Terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

9.1You may delete the application and stop using the Services at any time.

9.2We may stop offering a version of the application or this website.

9.3Files that remain on your computer after you stop using the application are not deleted unless you delete them.

10.1If these Terms change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Services after that date, you accept the revised Terms.

11.1These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Services.

11.2If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

11.3These Terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you and does not permit you to waive.
